CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Dressme, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you wish to cancel a transaction or request a refund for credits added to your wallet, please review the following policy:

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel any credit purchase within 3 days from the date of the transaction. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at hello@dressmeofficial.com.

Refund

Dressme offers refunds for unused credits under the following conditions:

  • Credits must not have been used to unlock any images or outfits.
  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days from the date of the transaction.
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@dressmeofficial.com and provide the details of your transaction.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.

Exceptions

Please note that Dressme reserves the right to refuse refund requests in the following situations:

  • If the credits have been used to unlock images or outfits.
  • If the refund request is made after 3 days from the date of the transaction.
  • If the refund request does not meet the criteria mentioned above.
